1. General

1.5 If these terms are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
1.6 The provider of the promotion is Polaris Ireland, a division of Polaris Industries Inc., operating in the Republic of Ireland.
2. Promotions and Promotion Periods
2.1 Polaris Ireland may run promotions from time to time, including discounts, special offers, competitions, prize draws, or other promotional activities. Full details will be provided in the relevant promotional communication (“Promotion Communication”) and/or on the dedicated promotion webpage.
2.2 For all promotions, Polaris Ireland is the contracting entity.
2.3 The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) will be specified in the applicable specific promotional terms. Where no Promotion Period is stated, the promotion will end when it is removed from the website.
3. Promotion Participation
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, participation is open to potential or existing customers and is limited to one entry per person. Polaris Ireland may restrict participation to individuals who meet specific criteria.
3.2 Employees of Polaris Industries Inc., Polaris Sales Europe Sàrl, Polaris Ireland, authorised Polaris dealers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate household members are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Promotions may be restricted to specific channels (e.g., online only).
3.4 Polaris Ireland does not guarantee uninterrupted access to promotional webpages and is not responsible for lost, damaged, or invalid entries.
3.5 All entries must be received by 12:00pm Irish Standard Time on the stated closing date.
3.6 Prizes are non transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products. If a winner refuses or fails to accept the prize, Polaris Ireland may select an alternative winner.
4. Delivery of Prizes
4.1 Prizes are awarded “as is”. Polaris Ireland is not responsible for defects or damage during delivery.
4.2 Delivery may be handled by Polaris Ireland, a sponsor, or a third party provider. Delivery dates will be arranged with the supplier.
4.3 Polaris Ireland is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by delivery companies. If the winner is unavailable to receive the prize, they may be required to collect it from a designated location.
4.4 If the prize includes tickets or travel and the event is cancelled, no compensation will be provided.
4.5 Where travel abroad is included, the winner must hold a valid passport. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
4.6 Prizes must be claimed within three months of announcement. After this period, entitlement expires.
4.7 By entering, participants grant Polaris Ireland permission to use their name, image, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes across all media, globally and without time limitation.
4.8 Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and Polaris’ privacy policy.
4.8.1 Personal data may be transferred to Polaris group entities or service providers located outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards.
4.8.2 Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time by contacting Polaris’ Data Protection Officer at privacy@polaris.com.
4.8.3 Personal data may be shared with third parties involved in administering the promotion.
4.9 Use of the prize is at the winner’s own risk.
5. Terms
5.1 Where required, Polaris Ireland will handle any applicable tax declarations relating to prize awards.
5.2 Polaris Ireland is not responsible for technical issues or delays affecting participation.
5.3 Polaris Ireland is not responsible for issues arising from use of the website or downloaded materials.
5.4 Participants may be disqualified for breaching the Rules or attempting to manipulate the promotion.
5.5 Polaris Ireland may amend or withdraw a promotion at any time without obligation to compensate participants.
5.6 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.

2. Promotion Period

3. Eligibility
